Contemporary practices of clinicians assessing ankle syndesmosis injuries: survey invitation

You are invited to participate in an online survey exploring clinician’s assessment practices, clinical reasoning and initial management decisions for patients with suspected acute ankle syndesmosis injuries. This research is being conducted by Brendan Ware, Dr Claire Hiller and Dr Paula Beckenkamp from the University of Sydney.

Currently practicing Emergency Medicine Physicians (and registrars), Nurse Practitioners, Orthopaedic Surgeons (and registrars), General Practitioners (and registrars), Physiotherapists, Podiatrists and Sports Physicians (and registrars) are invited to attend.

All responses will be anonymous and you will not be asked to provide any information that would be specific enough to potentially identify you.

The survey is being completed with the intention to publish the results, which will include student theses and possibly journal publication and conference presentation. On completion of the survey you will also have the opportunity to register your details to receive a summary of the results once they are available.

For further information, please visit the link below to the online participant information sheet, consent statement and survey. The survey is relatively short and should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
